Entering the hotel, we were amazed by the luxurious atmosphere here. the stunning spa and wellness centre had exclusive amenities and a sauna where we could relax and unwind. the indoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers to enjoy. the massage at the treatment room was exceptional and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There was only one minor issue that we had when we stayed at this hotel. Although we could find many advantages here, the noise from the construction site nearby woke us up early in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro system and is a great starting point to explore the Old Town, in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, with excellent power showers in the well-appointed bathrooms. The breakfast buffet includes a wide range of options, from delicious pasteis de nata to a good variety of food. The exceptional service from the friendly staff is an added bonus.
The rooftop terrace bar, although nice, was closed during our stay.

We loved the rooftop jacuzzi and relaxing spa facilities. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport and attractions. a fantastic stay at Portobay Liberdade.

The rooftop jacuzzi and sun beds offered a relaxing spot to enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was frequently restocked. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay. The junior suite had a spacious balcony and the room was kept clean. The area was peaceful and residential.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were great. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant and the fabulous breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, with a charming street just outside the hotel. I highly recommend Portobay for a enjoyable and luxurious stay.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the friendly staff, great swimming pool, and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good selection, and the spa area was very nice.

Great breakfast and comfortable rooms during xmas. Convenient location close to key attractions and transport. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The showers in the rooms were unsatisfactory with no grab bars and a high step-in, making it difficult for elderly guests. The design resulted in water flooding the floor after showering.
